Through a collaborative relationship between young people from around the world, we advance sustainable progress and enterprise for children in the Kamuli district of Uganda. We firmly believe in the power of education, empowerment, and employment. For us, education is a stepping-stone to greater things. With strong community support, good health and nutrition, our members are empowered to reach their full potential, and ultimately, establish and sustain economic independence.

Where are they now?
The 52 Kids Foundation was formed in Kamuli, Uganda in 2005. Of the original fifty two, many are still in school and several are now working and have viable employment in Uganda.
